The EBGC are holding their annual 100 mile canoe test on the river Wye this year. The event takes place from Friday 23rd to Tuesday 27th May 2014. A 10 mile training paddle from Chelmsford to Maldon will be held on 10th May and must be attended if you are partaking in the main event. There is also a beginners course being held on 4th May at Stubbers Adventure Centre, Upminster. All times and details etc. will follow.
The cost of the trip is £80 per person and includes food, travel and all equipment hire. Accommodation is in tents and you are asked to bring your own. There is a minimum age requirement of 14 years to take part in the canoe event.
